Aud-Talks | How to Maintain A Relationship: 4 Things You Shouldn't Do in Front of Your Partner
Some of you have asked how do I maintain my relationship with Kareshi. Well, I do not have any secret manuscript nor am I an expert in maintaining relationship but if you would allow me to, let me share with you my way of handling. Before I start, let me reemphasized that what I share today is based solely on my views and experience. It is not an ultimate guide that you should follow. Different couple works differently, bear that in mind.
Now let's talk about things I do not do in front of kareshi. I understand that it is natural for most people to care less about their image when they get really close to their partners. People will start exposing unglam moments in front of their partner without feeling bad or awkward. Agree?
But, I always believe that no matter how close you are, in order to keep the relationship fresh, there are certains things that you shouldn't do in front of each other. It is important to keep some personal (I mean really personal) space and maintain your image in his/ her heart.

Aud-Talks | Cure Your Allergies with Skin Specialist Clinic Wong Tangkak
It's been 11 years since I was diagnosed with eczema (skin allergy). For the past 10 years I thought I was allergic to shell seafood, hence I quitted shell seafood for 10 good years. During this period, allergic still strikes quite often. I thought it was due to weather and stress. Until last year (2013), I happened to stumble upon this clinic in Tangkak that was said to be a skin specialist.

Aud-Talks | Enjoy Movies with Maybank Promotions at TGV Cinema
If you know me, you will know that I love movies. It is one of my top enjoyment. I will never get bored watching movies in the cinema.
Two week ago, me and kareshi had a couple date (in Johor Bahru) with his friend and partner. It's my first time meeting his friends and honestly I was quite nervous. I hope I left them a good impression (you know, to be Kareshi's proud, lol).
We had our breakfast at Shyang Prata, well more like a brunch actually (Read about Shyang prata >>here<<), tea break at Just Want Factory 30, dinner at 101 Seafood Restaurant and of course went for a movie before tea break.
We went to TGV since we were near Aeon Tebrau. Its been a long time since I last catched a movie at TGV Tebrau because of the distance from my house. Plus, the cinema near my house provides quite good sound system, cosy environment and it's cheaper, so why the trouble right? But during the payment for the tickets, I saw this that changed my mind.

Apparently, this has been going on for quite some time but I never knew about it! TGV and Maybank are working together to bring you a different experience for a year long!

Ladies, read this up to understand your man more; gents, read it for you and your partner's sake. Today's lesson, is about men's health, it's about the happiness of a couple.

Time to time, some of us suffer from bedroom problems. While male impotence seems to be more widely discussed, Premature Ejaculation (PE) is actually more common (affecting up to 1 in 3 men across Asia Pacific). Despite being a treatable health condition in Asia Pacific, it appears to be a touchy subject for most Malaysians.

Aud- Talks | Thousands of Dreams Shattered Together with MH370, MH17, GE222 and AH5017
When the world is still recovering from #MH370 incident, yet another set of ordeal awaits us.
The crash of #MH17 broke thousands of hearts, but that doesn't seems to be the end. Within a week, #GE222 crushed hundreds of dreams. Just when we are still trying to accept the harsh fact, another crash of #AH5017 happened last night. 3 planes crashed within a week. More than 300 died.
Thousands of Dreams shattered.
Thousands of Dreams shattered.
I am not a family member of the victims, but tears falls whenever I read the articles, heart sank countless times seeing the crying face of the family members in the news.
I know exactly how it feels to lose someone dearly. I feel them yet there's nothing I could do to help. I can only give the family members the respect. Leaving them alone, not posting any inappropriate news, and pray for them.

Its cold, its sad, its heartbreaking,
but it is the time, people should all unite despite the colors.

Ohai! Welcome to the Saturday Stroll with Aud! Find out what is Saturday Stroll With Aud here.
♥ My Saturday Stroll - Esui Loves Your V ♥
[REVIEW/SAMPLE]
Being a woman ain't easy. From top to toe, every single part needs to be taken care of, every spot needs to be maintained. Most people focus on the "more visible" parts such as face, hair, hand and legs but tend to forget the "less visible" area, which is the most intimate part of your body- your VJJ.
Yes, today we gonna talk about females private part- vaginal aka V or VJJ. If any of you feels disgusting, do click on the exit button on the top right now, but I strongly recommend you to continue reading so that you know what's going in that dark and forgotten part of your body. *Alert: this is gonna be one long post, but you will be rewarded at the end.

Aud- Talks | How to Save Water
For the past one to two months, Water, Hot, Warm, Fire, Haze and Mosquito are the popular words that you have either said or heard it countless times a day.
Unusual drought had came to Malaysia. Weather is crazily hot and there is no rain at all for such a long period. Water level of all dams are decreasing at light speed. Several places are out of water for days. Plus it is so hazy everywhere! Can hardly breath nowadays.. T_T
This is the time when people realized they have lost something so important that they don't even bother to give a damn in the normal days. Human can live without food for more than 7 days but could not survive without water for 3 days. Look just how important water is!

Aud- Talks | MH370, Please Come Home!
I woke up in the morning as how my normal Sunday (9.03.14) will be. Turned around and sees kareshi still sleeping soundly. I gave him a gentle hug and switched on my phone to start catching up with the world. As I read on, my tears flows, my heart aches, my body trembles. Kareshi was awaken by my gentle sob and was shocked wondering what on earth had happened.
I show him what I've read, he turned silent and hug me in his arms. I, broke down crying.
An air plane disappear from the radar. With 239 passengers on board, it vanished in the air.
The incident has gone viral on the net as expected and once again, it proves the world how ignorant Malaysians are. After days of following the news from papers, reading through all the shares on social media, honestly I am
A tragic has happened, the whole world is lending their hands to aid. As I mentioned earlier, despite the political agenda behind the helping hands, the fact is they are indeed helping in all sorts of form (may it be rescue mission, or providing necessary info). But what are Malaysia's netizen doing? Finding faults. Putting blames, creating and flaming rumours.
Eh Hello!! Come on! The very first priority is to locate the missing ones, not trashing and bashing. It is not what it should be done right now! Stop creating & flaming rumours; stop accusing or blaming whichever parties. Why can't you netizens think of the families of the missing ones? Put yourself in their shoes, can't you understand how hurtful all these are?
Deareast loves ones are yet to be found, they are already in great pain, and you who share unverified rumours, spread unjustified "news", putting blames on the pilots, trashing and bashing MAS and the government for this and that are NOT DOING ANY GOOD!
Are you a pilot? An Air cabin crew? Works in the Airline force? What do you know so well that makes you think you have the right to spill the words without thinking? Why can't you just shut the Fxxx up and let the pros do their job, let the families have a peace of mind from all these bullshit. They are already worn out, give them a break!
Indeed, there are serious issues that need to be address in this incident such as the security breached of fake passport and many more but right now, the whole focus should be locating the missing ones! Those issues can be dealt later on, what's more important than lives? Nothing! and it's freaking 239 lives we are talking about here. Don't understand why can't the netizens realize which is more important. Sigh, you people left me with no choice but to agree with Dr M for the very first time. "Grow up Malaysians. Stop being such an immature child."
My advise? Get your facts cleared before you start clicking the share button. Think before you share something blindly. Do yourself a favour, stop making yourself a clown will ya? If you really have to share, share positive energy, share the good ones as below. That's what we human really needs.

Oh ya, please do bear this in mind, yes you may have all the rights to speak but then again you are also fully responsible for your words. If someone dies because of your words, it is your karma to carry. No one, escapes from karmic law. Just saying so that you remember. Words are mighty, use them wisely.
There ain't a day I do not pray for the safety of the missing ones. I do not know them, but I feel them.

Every time when I watch this 2 mins video, I couldn't help but tear. Thank you to whoever that created this heart warming video.
I am always grateful for what I have, and I am always grateful for all my love ones are healthy and safe.
MH 370 incident had once again reminded me that today is a gift, tomorrow is never a promise.
Things you have now, your love ones around you now may just disappear the very next second.
Nothing is more important than being alive, You will never know when will be your last day on earth,
why not just cherish every seconds you have?
Cherish your love ones, give them a hug, tell them you love them before you ran out your chance.
Turned around and sees kareshi sleeping beside me, knowing mummy and bros are sleeping soundly in their rooms right now, I know I am blessed, and I am grateful for that.
This wasn't my initial scheduled post but I decided to slip this in because I have to voice it out.

Aud- Talks | Time to Dream
Do you know what's the most precious
and do you know what's the scariest
Well, to me, it is Time.
Why?
Precious because Time is the greatest gift.
"The greatest gift you can give someone is your Time,
because when you give your time,
You are giving a portion of your life that you will never get back."
But it is also the scariest, because time flies without you knowing and by the time you realize, it might be too late (good for you if it's not).
Sometimes...

Ghosts' Season Ain't Ghosty
Its currently Lunar seventh month which commonly called the Ghosts' Season.
Every year this month especially (14th and 15th), parents, old folks will always say don't go near to water (as in sea, pool, etc), don't go out at night, don't do this, don't do that... Why?
It is because the common beliefs of the Chinese folks that spirits and souls which we called as Ghost are out from the hell, so it is not safe to stay outdoor. It was said that the gate of hell will be opened at 00:00 on 14 July and it will be closed at 00:00 15 July. Hence these two days are the most ferocious days which kids are likely to be grounded. lol So I basically grew up living with that term, Lunar Seventh Month = Ghost Month. I guess that's why I always feel uneasy during 7th month..
Until I met Kareshi.. Until I slowly know more about Buddhism.. Until few weeks back, I read a book.
After finishing, I understand how wrong was I for the past good 28 years.
The story begins....
So in short, 15th of seventh lunar month is not Ghosts' season. In Buddhism, it is "The Day of Filial Piety" which is also called 佛欢喜日 (Buddha Rejoice Day) or 盂兰盆节 (Ullambana Day).
It is a joyous day where everyone should be happy, be kind, be gentle, be filial, and just BE GOOD (not only this day, if can do it everyday will be better of course).
p/s: If there's really Ghosts, they will be anywhere, anytime, any day.. Not only 7th month.. ^_^

After finishing
The story begins....
In India, the rainy season last for three months yearly from 15th of the 4th lunar month to 15th of the 7th month. It is inconvenient for Sangha to seek alms hence Buddha decided that all monks must practice diligently while staying indoor during the period.
3 months later, many of them obtain <The Way>. Thus, Buddhas rejoiced. It is also a day where all members share their progress so it is also the "Sangha Pravarana Day"
At the same time, Venerable Maudgalyayana (VM) who had just obtained the six spiritual penetrations remembered his parents who passed away years ago. He used his divine eye to search through the Saha world and found the mother suffering in the Realm of Hungry Ghost.
Venerable Maudgalyayana filled his alms bowl with food and went to save his mother.
When the mother put the food into her mouth, the food turned into burning charcoal and the flame burnt her! Despite VM had attained spiritual fruition but he can't save his mother so he went to seek for Buddha's help.
Buddha said: The bad karma your mother has committed in the past was way too heavy. You should prepare the best of daily necessities and offer them to the Great Virtous Sangha at the end if the Rain Retreat.
That time, all the Sravakas (the hearers), the Pratyeka-Buddha (the conditionally Awaken Ones) and the others will gather to receive your offering. Even Bodhisattvas will appear as Bhikshus to receive your offerings.
The merits and virtues of this offering are tremendous. Not only will the parents and relatives of numerous past life be liberated immediately from the lower realms of rebirth, even our present parents who are still alive will be blessed with health and longevity."
VM acted accordingly to Buddha's instruction. The Sanghas recite mantras and prayers, contemplate cultivation before accepting the food. At this time, all sagely Bhikshus and great Bodhisattvas were full of joy, VM's mother was liberated from the kalpa of the realms of hungry ghost.
Buddha said: "Whoever that wish to practice filial piety should make offering to the Sangha in the 15th of 7th lunar month at the end of the rain retreat.
They should prepare all kinds of food and place them in an Ullambana Bowl as offerings to the Sangha and transfers the merits to their present parents so that they will gain longevity and be freed from worries, illness and disaster, as well as transfer the merits to their parents of past seven lives so that they will be liberated from Realms of hungry ghost and born as human or heavenly brings to enjoy infinite blessing and bliss."
Recalling the painstaking efforts with which our parents brought us up, the best way to repay is to make offerings to the Buddha and Sangha during Ullambana Ceremony on the 15th of 7th lunar month each year.
The end.
The Day of Filial Piety = 7th Lunar Month ≠ Ghosts' seasonBesides that, Buddhism believes there is no special good or bad day that is good or bad to do certain things (marriage, house shifting, etc)..because Everyday is a Good day. If things fail or doesn't goes the way you wanted, it is your problem not the day you did it.
p/s: If there's really Ghosts, they will be anywhere, anytime, any day.. Not only 7th month.. ^_^

I am not Perfect
Everything in this world has two sides.
The Good,

No exemption.

Top 10 Rude Malaysian Habits
So this hits the front page of the Star yesterday. Is it true that Malaysians are rude?
Unfortunately, it seems to be so true... >_<
but not all Malaysians..
There are still the good and polite ones...

Do you know that previously, we were rated the 3rd rudest country out of 35 countries? and after six years, Some things do not seem to change in Malaysia. We are still labelled asrude and inconsiderate.
See, Malaysia never improve.. @_@
The latest survey by the Reader Digest shows Kuala Lumpur at the bottom part of the list of Least Courteous Cities at number 34 out of 36 major cities in the world!!
Selfish acts like ignoring signs against smoking, eating and littering, and rushing in to lifts, trains and buses before allowing people to exit, Poor toilet etiquette, talking loudly on phones even in cinemas, being late for appointments, not saying “thank you” and leaving trolleys in parking lots are the bad habits that Malaysians continue to practise shamelessly!!
I really hate those that rushing into trains and buses before letting ppl out..
Out of the 10, which have you done before?
Okay, I will take the lead and admit 1st...
No.1: I change lanes without indication...
well, its like my signals are not working all the time XD, I'm sorry! >_<
No.10: Arghh.... I do get LATE! but I will apologize... and I won't be late on big events~ (trying to get excuses for being late) =p PARDON me PLEASE~!!
Seriously, these are the only 2 offence I made, how about you??
Don't lie! impossible that you have done none of the above..
Tell me, tell me~~ Don't be shy~~ ^_^
